Please note that "Form mode" is exclusively available on iPhone SE2 and iPhone 11 or later models. Additionally, the measurement capabilities of Golfboy may vary depending on the lens used on the iPhone. iPhones with ultra-wide-angle lenses, when used with a tripod at a height of 4.0ft (1.2m), can measure distances up to 280 yards. For iPhones without an ultra-wide-angle lens, the maximum measurable distance is 220 yards under the same tripod conditions. Raising the tripod's height can increase the distance measurement even further. However, it is important to note that if lighting conditions are too dim or if there is difficulty distinguishing the ball's color from the background, accurate measurements may not be achievable. It is recommended to test the app in your preferred environment during the free trial period.

Regarding subscriptions, Golfboy offers a free download but requires a subscription for access to its measurement functions. First-time users can enjoy a two-month free trial, after which a set fee based on their country of residence will be charged. Subscription renewals occur automatically unless canceled within 24 hours before the current subscription period ends.
